Luxury real estate firm Carr Long Real Estate in partnership with developers Paradigm8 has already booked 6 Pre-Construction Sales at The Signature Home Collection at Old Greenwood. Ground breaking of the first phase of 8 homes began in June 2018, with expected completion in Spring of 2019.  Each of these 6 sales marks a pre-construction sale, which is defined by having firm purchase contracts at least 3 months prior to completion.  Old Greenwood has not seen pre-construction sales since before the economic downturn in 2008.

The Holidays: Nobody Does it Like Northstar — by Nick Cisik

This month, over the weekend of November 16th, Northstar will kick the season off by hosting its Welcome to Winter celebration. This will include family sleigh rides, complimentary family photos, face painting, holiday sales, and interactive balance demonstrations with the Burton Academy. This action-packed weekend will be one not soon forgotten. Then, on the 29th, the first official Silent Night will be held at the Village ice-skating rink. Skates will be available to rent as well as headphones. Skaters can listen to that evening’s Christmas movie projected on the big outdoor screen. Participants will also have the option of switching over to a station playing a selection of timeless holiday tunes. Ice-skating while listening to Bing Crosby’s rendition of Silent Night? That’s a fine recipe for merrymaking.
