Ground breaking of the first phase of 8 homes began in June 2018, with expected completion in Spring of 2019. Each of these 6 sales marks a pre-construction sale, which is defined by having firm purchase contracts at least 3 months prior to completion. Old Greenwood has not seen pre-construction sales since before the economic downturn in 2008.
