The Signature Home Collection at Old Greenwood Unveiling & Luncheon

This past Thursday, August 9th, the Truckee/Tahoe Realtor community came out to participate in the unveiling of Old Greenwood's latest development project, the Signature Home Collection.

Located on Sutter's Trail in Old Greenwood and placed advantageously along the Jack Nicklaus signature designed golf course 10th fairway, the new development will be comprised of sixteen new single family homes. Phase one will be finished by April of 2019 resulting in full completion of the first eight legacy homes.

It was a true pleasure to bring the Truckee/Tahoe Realtor community together so everyone could meet the key players in this new mountain development. Tru-line builders, based out of Grass Valley, CA, was brought on to head up the construction and has been making exponential progress with three of the first eight homes already going vertical.

Paradigm 8, the development partnership founded by Brian Helm and Hayes Parzybok, has worked on commercial and residential real estate development projects in the Tahoe Region for the past 10 years. Both Brian and Hayes were on hand this past Thursday speaking about the Signature Home Collection—a project the two men are extremely passionate about.
