Tori Long is an exceptional realtor. Her listening skills, attention to detail and negotiating talent resulted in a second home purchase that was truly creative. As buyers, we were looking for an attractive investment in this distressed market and of course the seller wanted to feel good about the sale as well. Tori orchestrated a transaction with the seller carrying the paper for 3 years so he could yield interest income. We were then able to avoid a bank loan appraisal that would have made bank financing difficult. Now, five years later, we have paid off the 3 year contract, benefited from a higher appraisal than we would have had in 2009 and have a terrific bank loan. Tori Long deserves all the credit, This would not have happened without her creative negotiating expertise. Equally important, Tori is very pleasant to work with.
