TURTLENECK TUESDAY SKATE NIGHTS (4—7 PM) featuring complimentary face painting, an epic laser show, and groovy 80’s music. Don your vintage threads and skate back in time. $10 to rent skates or B.Y.O.B. (Bring Your Own Blades) to skate for free!
At the Ritz-Carlton
STAR GAZING SNOWSHOE TOUR (5—7:30 PM) featuring breathtaking views of the Milky Way, a laser point presentation of the constellations with poet and astronomer Tony Berendsen, state-of-the-art Celestron telescopes, and a fire pit gathering at the Ritz-Carlton with wine and hot cider served. The tour begins mid-mountain at the Cross Country Ski, Telemark and Snowshoe Center, which is ski-in/ski-out accessible via the Logger Loop trail. All ages and beloved canines welcome for à la carte pricing! Space is limited, however, so advance registration is recommended.

In The Village
Come out for NORTHSTAR'S ANNUAL FIRE & ICE NEW YEAR'S EVE CELEBRATION in the heart of The Village from noon ‘til 9 PM! Don’t wait until après-ski to start celebrating…Toast your loved ones with a flute of champagne, gratis from Tōst, on the East Ridge at 2 PM. When you’re ready for a bite to eat, grab a s’more by the ice skating rink at 3:30 PM. Stick around for free face painting and ice skating that the children will enjoy from 5:30—8:30 PM. The DJ spins from noon until 3 PM and again from 5—6:30 PM. Stick around for live music performed by The Unauthorized Rolling Stones starting at 7 PM. This magical night in The Village culminates with a spectacular fireworks display at 9 PM, followed by late-night festivities at the Ritz-Carlton. There is no better place to ring in 2016!

Stop by the KIDS' CRAFTS & CREATIONS WORKSHOP (All day) in the Pines Ballroom Foyer on the main lobby level.
Rent a KIDS' INDOOR CAMPOUT package which has everything you need to have a camping extravaganza in the comfort of your living room! Includes a 4’x3’ tent with featherbed, activity book with crayons, teddy bear, and s’mores kit. Availability is limited.

NEW YEAR'S EVE 21+ CELEBRATION (9 PM—Midnight) kicks off after the Village’s firework show. Take a starlit Gondola ride up the mountain to enjoy more live music and a Champagne Bar in the Living Room.
