Beautiful weather, great wine paired with appetizers, and real estate. Sounds like a good time to me! The second annual Wine Walk through The Village at Northstar was a resounding success! Carr Long Real Estate has started a tradition of showcasing real estate while providing guests with a lovely afternoon filled with fine wines and delicious appetizers. This year’s tour featured 12 unique residences spread throughout the Northstar Village, beginning at the Carr Long office and ending at the exclusive One Village Place building. Approximately 40 visitors toured our wonderful collection of Village listings. It was a great way to actively engage with visitors while they toured each residence, perfect for answering questions and listening to valuable feedback. Overwhelmingly, our recently staged condo’s received the highest praise. Guests were very complimentary of the enhanced spaces and the updated color schemes reflecting current trends and tastes. Being in one of California’s leading resorts, we are learning every day the importance of staying current with design trends. Today’s discerning buyers seem to be on the search for light, airy spaces evoking a sense of urban sophistication.
