A Snowy Night in Northstar

Northstar, California Northstar is absolutely magical with all the new snow. Last night 12/10/15 we received our first significant snow fall of the year. Carolers were strolling the village singing Christmas songs. The ginger bread man snapped through the Village handing out candy canes. The fire pits were all a blaze with snow balls flying in the distance. What an awesome way to kickoff the Holiday Season. The evening brought back the memories of why we purchased our home in Northstar many years ago. Renting meant packing, unpacking, and hunting for a place which is tiresome and time consuming. Trying to find a place that is pet friendly for our sweetest member, Marti, would be tough. Leaving him behind would not be considered. Home ownership means home, no more schlepping through parking lots with gear, no more packing gear, unpacking gear, forgetting gear. No more racing out of a rental because time expires. A winter storm is to be welcomed, just call the school, work from home, and stay another day. Northstar was the best investment we made in a lifestyle. Posted by Lisa Smith Photo Gallery
