Like many East Coast transplants, the decision to move west was an easy one after laying eyes on the Sierra for the first time. The transition would prove even easier coming from the long winters endured growing up in Doylestown, Pennsylvania, just outside of Philadelphia. Prior to migrating, I had been living in New York City where I attended New York University. After ten years of many New York minutes I decided it was time for a change. I have now called Truckee home for about a decade and continue to find new aspects of this mountain lifestyle to enjoy with each year that passes. Whether it is the immediate connection to the outdoors, the community's natural proclivity for wellness, the quiet nights, or the clean mountain air, I would not trade this lifestyle for any other. In the wintertime I enjoy skiing as much as I can, and in the warmer months you will always find me running around the tennis courts or throughout the local mountain trails. I am proud to be a member of the Carr Long Real Estate team and look forward to helping others find their place here in Truckee.
