I've been involved in real estate and land development for most of my life. Like father like daughter, I'm a second-generation civil engineer turned real estate agent and investor.

A career in civil engineering and years of managing family investments cultivated an appreciation for managing details, checklists, and timelines, as well as understanding the many nuances of real estate and development.

Tahoe has been my playground since I was a teenager and where my husband and I have biked, skied, climbed, and flown paragliders down countless mountains and trails in the Sierra Nevada Range.

Whether navigating the Tahoe Truckee luxury home market or the Sierra backcountry, I'm experienced at maximizing fun and minimizing problems.

I'm also a mom to a skiing and cycling-oriented family and proud to have raised a third generation of competitive skiers. Our oldest son Logan is a big mountain competitor, prominent public speaker, and recent graduate of the second graduating class at Tahoe Expedition Academy located at the base of Martis Valley in Truckee.

Our youngest son Cody, 16, also attends TEA and is starting his third year on the U.S. Freeski Slopestyle and Big Air Teams and his fourth year as a Red Bull Freeskiing Athlete. Look for him competing in upcoming World Cups, Dew Tour, and X Games.

While spending time at Tahoe Expedition Academy, I had the good fortune to encounter Tori Long, where her children are also students. Her firm was at the perfect place at the perfect time for me, so I couldn’t be happier to join forces with Tori and her team at Carr Long Real Estate.
