The Holidays: Nobody Does it Like Northstar — by Nick Cisik

This month, over the weekend of November 16th, Northstar will kick the season off by hosting its Welcome to Winter celebration. Skates will be available to rent as well as headphones. Skaters can listen to that evening’s Christmas movie projected on the big outdoor screen. Participants will also have the option of switching over to a station playing a selection of timeless holiday tunes. Ice-skating while listening to Bing Crosby’s rendition of Silent Night? That’s a fine recipe for merrymaking.
